Green Thumb Trial
I've sort of always had a green thumb... Or at least I don't kill plants as long as I nurture them.
I've vowed to try my "thumb" at gardening this year. I am going for carrots, tomatos, basil, and lettuce. The tomatos and basil I started inside a few weeks ago. The lettuce I'm trying seed tape. If you haven't checked it out it's awesome! It is exactly what it sounds like!
I'm excited to see the progress as well as relax and detox from technology every time I go out to water or weed :)

Why Stella & Dot?
The end of March will mark my 2 year Stellaiversary. I cannot believe it has already been 2 years. Time has flew right on by! Every day I struggle with WHY I am with Stella & Dot as an Independent Stylist. My motivation (why) is ever changing and this my struggle. I have come to realize that it is OK to have it change. That is the part of evolving as a stylist and a person.
Many people ask why I want them to be a hostess. On the surface it is easy. They book a show and their friends make a purchase and that hostess earns style rewards and I in turn earn money ( it is a business after all). BUT that isn't my true purpose. I love the product line and the company so much that I want to share it! Since it is direct sales you cannot simply walk into a store off the street and purchase. Instead there is hostess who invites her gal pals for a night of private shopping! No sales presentation (which I love) just simply chatting with friends and playing adult dress up. I truly believe this. When I am at a trunk show it does not feel like a job. I am sharing with people my favorite pieces and what I think looks good in them. I have fun! I feel so proud when someone's face lights up when they try on that bracelet or pick up the fab new bag.
So why Stella & Dot? Because I love the brand and want to shout it on the mountain tops for all to hear. I want you to book a trunk show so I can share my joy with you and your friends
